I'm a 30 year old living and working in Paris who loves staying active — running, gym, yoga. But some days I couldn't get out of bed, let alone hit the gym. I felt ashamed for skipping workouts or struggling through a run. Then I learned that my cycle was the missing piece. I wasn't weak — I was fighting my biology.
