Roza does not require users to create an account or log in.

All data created or entered in Roza is stored locally on your device only.
- We do not store, transmit, or back up your data on external servers
- If you delete the App, all associated data will be permanently lost
- We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device loss, or device malfunction
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the App
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, content, and functionality, are owned by Roza and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
